The Gravenos identity is unusually deliberate. The burgundy and ivory palette, the classical typography, the editorial register of the prose: each is a considered choice, and the visual coherence is itself part of the product's claim on the audience's seriousness. This role exists because that coherence is now substantial enough to require a dedicated steward.

职责

• Own the visual and interactive design of the Drusus platform across all surfaces.
• Steward the Gravenos brand expression as the company evolves, maintaining the consistency the brand has been built to project.
• Collaborate closely with the frontend engineering team on the implementation of designs to the standard the brand requires.
• Lead the design work for major product features and product launches.
• Contribute to the marketing and editorial design (campaign artwork, Insights illustration, presentation materials).

我们所寻求的

• Five or more years of professional product design experience, with substantial product UI work.
• A portfolio that demonstrates work in a serious editorial or brand-led register, not only in the consumer software idiom.
• Strong typographic discipline; comfortable with the trade-offs of working in a brand system that prizes elegance over convention.
• Capability to communicate design reasoning clearly in writing.

• Experience designing for a financial, data-intensive, or analytical interface.
• Familiarity with the editorial design traditions the Gravenos identity draws on (Kinfolk, Monocle, FT Weekend, Tatler).
