• “Drusus” refers to the AI-powered financial analytics platform developed and operated by Gravenos, accessible at drusus.ai.
• “Platform” refers to the Drusus application, including its web interface, API, and all related tools and features.
• “User” refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Services, whether as a registered account holder or visitor.
• “Services” refers to all products, features, content, and functionality provided through gravenos.com and drusus.ai.
• “Subscription” refers to a paid plan that grants access to premium features of the Drusus platform.

3. Description of Services

Gravenos operates Drusus, an AI-powered financial analytics platform. Drusus provides cross-market intelligence covering equities listed on major global exchanges, including the HKEX, NYSE, NASDAQ, LSE, TSE, and Euronext, as well as foreign exchange pairs, commodities, indices, and macroeconomic indicators.

The Platform provides general market analytics, data visualisation, and AI-generated commentary. The Services are intended for informational and analytical purposes only. Drusus does not provide personalised investment advice, and nothing on the Platform should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at contact@gravenos.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. Gravenos shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

5. Subscription Tiers and Billing

Drusus is offered across four subscription tiers:

• Explorer — Free. Access to basic market data and limited analytics features.
• Analyst — £29 per month. Expanded analytics, AI-powered commentary, and additional asset coverage.
• Strategist — £79 per month. Full cross-market analytics, portfolio tools, and priority access to new features.
• Institution — £299 per month. Enterprise-grade access, API integration, dedicated support, and custom reporting.

All subscriptions are billed in British pounds sterling (GBP). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment by contacting contact@gravenos.com.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you shall retain access to your paid tier until the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Platform or its underlying AI models.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Platform beyond what is permitted by your subscription tier and any applicable API documentation.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense Platform data, analytics outputs, or AI-generated content to third parties without prior written permission from Gravenos.
• Use the Platform or its outputs to engage in or facilitate market manipulation, insider trading, or any other activity that violates applicable securities laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other users' accounts, or Gravenos systems.
• Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, code, AI models, algorithms, analytics outputs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials available through the Services are the intellectual property of Gravenos or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for your own internal purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit Platform outputs without prior written permission from Gravenos.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gravenos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, trading losses, or damages arising from data inaccuracies or AI model errors.

Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to the Services shall be limited to the total fees paid by you to Gravenos in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Financial Advice

Gravenos and Drusus do not provide personalised investment advice. The analytics, data, commentary, and AI-generated outputs available through the Platform are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument.

Gravenos is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any other financial regulatory body. The Platform operates as an analytics and information tool, not as a financial advisory service.

10. Data and Privacy
