Technical Writer
A specialist contractor role for the technical writing the platform requires: API documentation, internal standard operating procedures, product copy, and the long-form technical notes that anchor the methodology and data-sources pages.
Compensation: US$55 to US$100 per hour
About the Role
A platform whose credibility rests on the seriousness of its documentation cannot afford to treat that documentation as an afterthought. This role is structured as a contractor engagement, typically per-project or on a part-time retainer.
Responsibilities
- Produce the technical documentation the platform requires, including API documentation as that surface develops.
- Author and maintain the internal standard operating procedures that underpin the firm's operational discipline.
- Contribute to the long-form technical notes on the methodology and data-sources pages.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams on the documentation of new features.
What We Are Looking For
- Five or more years of professional technical writing experience.
- A portfolio demonstrating work in the financial, fintech, or analytical-product idiom.
- Strong analytical and editorial discipline; comfortable with the register the Gravenos editorial output maintains.
