UX Research Specialist
A specialist contractor role for the user research the product team requires: discovery interviews, usability testing, feedback synthesis, and the structured listening that informs product decisions.

Product decisions of consequence benefit from being calibrated against the experience of real users. This role is structured as a contractor engagement, typically project-based for discovery sprints or usability rounds.
職責
- Conduct discovery interviews with current and prospective Drusus subscribers.
- Lead usability testing for new product features prior to launch.
- Synthesise the qualitative feedback into the structural insights the product team can act on.
- Collaborate with the product designer and the founding team on the research questions of consequence.
我們所尋求者
- Five or more years of professional UX research experience.
- Demonstrated capability across both qualitative (interview, usability) and quantitative (survey, analytics) research methods.
- Strong written and analytical communication.
額外有助但非必要
- Prior research experience in a financial or analytical-product context.
