The first draft of the Gravenos legal framework is complete. The framework comprises three documents: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and a Financial Disclaimer specifically governing the Drusus platform's analytical output. All three have been submitted to a fintech-experienced solicitor for review.
The Financial Disclaimer is the most carefully constructed of the three. The Drusus platform produces analytical commentary, scenario models, and Value-at-Risk computations; it does not produce investment advice within the meaning of the FCA regulatory perimeter. The disclaimer is intended to make that distinction clear to both subscribers and any future regulatory enquiry. A separate enquiry with the FCA Innovation Hub is planned in due course to seek formal confirmation of perimeter position.
Until the solicitor review is complete, the published versions of these documents carry a visible draft warning. They are operative for the avoidance of doubt, but readers should expect refinements following counsel's feedback.
