The AI analyst chat, market data ingestion, charting, and portfolio tracking subsystems all behaved within acceptable bounds; the remaining work was characterised as productionisation and brand finalisation rather than further core development.

A decision was also taken at this gate to commit to incorporation in the first quarter of 2026, rather than to delay through a longer prototype phase. The view was that further refinement without the discipline of a live product is rarely productive.
